A short-term state budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1st is on its way to Governor Tom Wolf following final passage in the state Senate.
Senator President Pro Tem Joe Scarnati (RCameron/Clearfield/Clinton/Elk/Jefferson/Mckean/Potter/Tioga) says this short-term budget provides stability for the state’s finances.
