
The average price of gasoline across Western Pennsylvania is eight cents higher this week at $2.34 per gallon, according to AAA East Central’s Gas Price Report.
Last year at this time, it was around $3.03.
Locally, the average price in Punxsutawney and DuBois is $2.31. Clarion is averaging $2.32 and Indiana has the highest in the region at $2.35.
The national average stands at $1.96, which is eight cents higher than a week ago, 19 cents more than last month.
