
Gas prices in Pennsylvania are starting to head back up now that most of the state is in yellow status.
The current average cost of a gallon of gas in Pennsylvania is now $2.14. Triple-A says that the reason gas prices are going up once again is because of the increase in demand as states or portions of states begin to reopen and stay-at-home orders are lifted.
Local Counties: The average in Jefferson and Clarion is $2.22, Indiana is $2.26 a gallon. Clearfield County is reporting the lowest gas price average at $2.16 a gallon.
The national average price for a gallon of gasoline is $1.88.
