DMV FACILITIES OFFERING LIMITED SERVICES IN YELLOW PHASE COUNTIES

Limited services are available at PennDOT DMV facilities in Yellow Phase counties, which includes Jefferson County and Clearfield County.

In Punxsutawney at 547 West Mahoning Street and in Clearfield County in the Clearfield Mall. They’re open Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM and Wednesday and Thursday between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM.

There will be designated times for customers 60 years or older.
