With a state Supreme Court moratorium on evictions and foreclosures set to end Monday, Governor Wolf has signed an executive order suspending evictions and foreclosures to July 10th.
However, the governor says that does not relieve anyone of their obligation to pay their rent or mortgage. Attorney General Josh Shapiro was asked about help available for landlords.
