The average price of gasoline across Western Pennsylvania is one cent cheaper this week at $2.07 per gallon, according to AAA East Central.
Last year at this time it was $3.10 and looking around the area: Punxsutawney, DuBois and Indiana stand at $2.10 per gallon while Clarion has the lowest price at $1.95.
Today’s national average is $1.78.
