Punxsutawney Borough Mayor Richard Alexander has issued an Emergency Disaster Declaration.
This is to authorize the furnishing of aid and assistance emergency response plans of the Borough of Punxsutawney as coordinated through the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency.
This is in effect until Friday unless its extended by the Punxsutawney Borough Council.
