The Jefferson County Commissioners have announced that public access to courthouse and Jefferson Place are restricted to by appointment only.
The Jefferson County Jail, Emergency Services, and the Conservation District are closed to public access.
The mission to protect the people and property of Jefferson County hasn’t changed. Food stores are open, as well as banks and gas stations. Utility companies will continue to deliver water, electricity, and energy to heat your home. The first responders are at the ready.
