After the federal government extended the tax filing deadline for ninety days, Pennsylvania on Saturday followed suit, also extending the deadline to July 15th.
This also applies to estimated payments for the first and second quarters of 2020, for those who are subject to those taxes.
The Department of Revenue is also waiving penalties and interest on payments through July 15th.
Even though the deadline is extended, you are still encouraged to file your taxes electronically as soon as possible.
