Yesterday morning at 9:40 the Pennsylvania State Police Punxsutawney barracks was dispatched and assigned to investigate the death of a five year old male in Ringgold Township of Jefferson County.
The preliminary investigation at the residence along Minich Road indicates the cause of death was accidental, but the investigation is open and active.
