Indiana County Judge Thomas Bianco is scheduled to conduct pretrial defense motions hearings today on the three arson cases against 19-year-old Dylan Dalessio of Plumville, and at the same time the judge will consider a petition to revoke Dalessio’s bond.
Dalessio and 23-year-old Nicholas Leone are both charged with 32 criminal offenses for arson fires in December of 2018 and January of last year in northern Indiana County. Last month, Dalessio and his father, 51-year-old Doug Dalessio, were arrested on felony charges of intimidation of witnesses or victims and criminal use of a communication facility after routine monitoring of phone conversations made from the Indiana County Jail last October.
