The Brookville Borough Police filed DUI charges against a teacher/basketball coach following the lab results.
The incident happened last month on the 16th when officers were requested to respond to a convenience store on West Main Street for an intoxicated driver. Police say the man admitted to driving his truck from a local bar. He then submitted to a series of field sobriety test, showing clues of impairment. He was taking to Penn Highlands Brookville for a blood draw with the analysis reading a BAC of .273 percent, whereas the legal limit is .08 percent.

A social club in Falls Creek in Jefferson County was cited for false alarms.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois on just before 5 pm on March 4th they responded to a 9-1-1 hang up call and no one was at the property. Troopers say it was the fifth time this year they have received the emergency hang up call, so the club was cited for the violation.

The Pennsylvania State Police Troop C, DuBois, Station released their stats for the month of February.
Last month Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois had 725 incidents reported, with 57 criminal offenses and 35 criminal arrests made. They responded to 39 crashes, with one fatality and a total of 17 people injured.
Troopers say of the 21 DUI arrests they made, one was involved in a crash. Traffic citations totaling 568 were issued and 868 warnings were written.

Two 13 year old juveniles were arrested in Green Township of Indiana County for an incident that happened on a school bus in the parking lot of the Purchase Line High School.
Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana say on March 3rd around 5 pm a boy from Northern Cambria and a girl from Commodore got into an open-hand altercation, resulting in the arrest of both.

A 29 year old woman from Punxsutawney was arrested for driving under the influence yesterday morning around 2:30 in Jefferson County.
Pennsylvania State Police say they stopped a vehicle on the 100 Block Ridge Avenue in Punxsutawney for a summary traffic violation and found the driver DUI.
Charges will be filed pending the blood test results. Her name was not in the report.
