A man from Indiana County who is accused of exposing his genitals to a married pregnant woman last year will have his preliminary hearing next month.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, 19 year old Daniel Scott Heitzenrater of Glen Campbell is charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and harassment for an incident on December 31 where he allegedly exposed himself to the victim on an elevator in the Jefferson Street High Rise.
Preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 5, with Judge Mizerock presiding.
