Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion say they’re investigating a case of suspected child abuse involving indecent assault in Strattanville Borough.
According to police, the indecent involves an 11-year-old child who’s suspected of indecently touching a three-year-old child.
Authorities say that occurred at a residence on Main Street in Strattanville Borough, Clarion County, on January 24. The investigation is ongoing.
