
Charges were filed against a man in Jefferson County for an incident that happened on December 28th in the Borough of Brookville.
Police didn’t identify the 31 year old man, who they say was stopped for an equipment violation; however, following an investigation, charges of DUI have been filed through Magistrate Bazylak’s office.

Clymer Borough Police were summoned yesterday afternoon to a disturbance in the 400 block of Hancock Street and ended up charging a Cherry Tree man for his involvement.
25-year-old Brandon Patterson is charged with felony endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of misdemeanor simple assault, plus several other charges.
Police say the victims were a 20-year-old Clymer woman and a one-month-old infant. Patterson was arraigned before District Judge Christopher Welch and placed in the Indiana County Jail, with bond set at $2,500 and a preliminary hearing set for next Monday.
