Former Jefferson County Constable Paul Pape, who was charged back in September for allegedly coercing a woman into having sex to avoid arrest, is facing more charges.
According to The Punxsutawney Spirit, Pape was charged on January 13th with one count of Oppression-Arrest and one count of Obstruction of the Law in a separate incident.
The published report says his preliminary hearing is set for February 18th before Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana.
