There’s a plea court appearance scheduled today in Indiana County for 22-year-old, Devin Dalessio, who is charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, and harassment – all misdemeanors – for allegedly threatening to kill 31-year-old Chad Fetterhoff of Punxsutawney last September.
57-year-old David Oswalt Sr. of Clymer will appear in court today to plead to 92 criminal offenses, all related to accusations that he had sexual relations with a girl between five and 10 times, starting when she was 14 years old and ending when she was 15. Police say he paid the girl for sex.
