More information has been released concerning the withdrawal of charges against a Creekside man in a case of false imprisonment in Clymer.
On January 3rd, police withdrew two counts each of unlawful restraint, false imprisonment and harassment against 61-year-old Troy D. Graham, who was originally implicated in the incident back on December 12th where two victims were wrongfully trapped in the basement of a house on Franklin Street.
Charges have now been filed against 57-year-old Thomas E. Jennings of Clymer, who police have named as the primary suspect. He now faces the six charges that were originally filed against Graham.
Clymer police say the investigation is ongoing, and Graham could still face charges.
