Clymer Borough Police have charged a Marion Center man with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana for an incident last Thursday night in a convenience store parking lot.
Police say 32-year-old Jeremy Scott Murphy was under the influence of both alcohol and marijuana when he encountered a police officer while in his vehicle in the store’s parking lot.
The charges filed yesterday include two counts of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
