A man from Indiana County was shot and killed yesterday, and the suspect is in custody.
Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney responded to residence in Glen Campbell for a report of a domestic incident. When troopers arrived, they say 25 year old Mathew Bartlebaugh had shot and killed 43 year old Jerald Bartlebaugh.
According to police, Mathew refused to exit leading to a brief standoff with the SERT team activated. He surrendered without incident and was charged with one count of criminal homicide and will be arraigned at a later time.
The investigation is on-going and more information will be released .
