A man who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest in Butler County was arrested in Jefferson County.
Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois say last Thursday around 6;30 pm they responded to the Borough of Brockway for a report of a suspicious male. Officers located 37 year old Richard Witmore of Brockway at the corner of Evergreen and Wood Streets.
Witmore allegedly had drugs in his possession and drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Jefferson County Jail where further charges are pending through the District Court.
