A man from Brockway had a minor injury from a car accident in Warsaw Township of Jefferson County.
Police say on December 11th around 11 pm, 21 year old Cory Nighswanger was driving on Route 28 and lost control of his vehicle while going around a curve near Egypt Road and traveled off the roadway into a ditch causing disabling damage. He was wearing a seat belt and had a cut to knee.
Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois charged him with not driving at a safe speed.
