On Thursday last week Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion responded to the scene in Monroe Township, where a car crashed into a utility pole and arrested the passenger.
According to authorities around 6 pm a 21 year old woman was driving on State Route 68 near Stoney Lonesome Road when the front passenger, 26 year old David Campbell of Clarion, allegedly grabbed the steering wheel, causing the car to sheer a utility pole, enter the other lane and hit a PennDOT sign before coming to a rest.
The woman was transported to Clarion Hospital for treatment. The police report says the two were in a verbal argument at the time.
Campbell was arraigned and charges were filed through the MDJ.
