A woman from Marion Center is accused of unlawfully taking $100K from an elderly man.
Detectives from the Indiana County DA office arrested 49 year old Cyndi Patz, who, according to the Indiana Gazette, has been charged with four felonies.
The published report says she used the 92 years old victim’s debit card at several location from December last year to September of this year. Her preliminary hearing is set for December 2nd.
