Phil gets a little help for his friends.
According to The Punxsutawney Spirit, the Young Township Supervisors agreed to support the Groundhog Club request of having a zoo to house friends of Phil for an educational experience.
The published report says executive director of the Groundhog Club Katie Donald made the request for permission to have the zoo at Gobbler’s Knob.
