During a consented search of her vehicle, Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana found suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia inside the purse belonging to 31 year old Alicia Brumbaugh.
She was arraigned Tuesday. Her two children were released into the custody of their father, while 56 year old Edgar Lee Decker, Jr., was transferred to the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole.
Troopers do not have evidence which would indicate that Brumbaugh was held against her will during this incident. This investigation remains ongoing and additional charges may be filed.
