Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana say a Rochester Mills man has been charged with harassment physical contact.
56-year-old Tracy Gaston allegedly punched a 17-year-old Punxsutawney boy who was hunting in Canoe Township, in northern Indiana County on October 26th.
