Additional details have been released about the woman from Brockport who was charged when she was caught with a marijuana cigarette during a traffic stop in Jefferson County.
The Brookville Borough Police say on October 13 around 11:30 pm they pulled a vehicle over for an equipment violation and while the officer was talking with the driver he smelled the odor coming from inside her car. They found a passenger in the backseat had a marijuana cigarette.
The 42 year old woman was charged with drug paraphernalia and the driver was also cited for several summary traffic violation. Names have not been released
