The weather caused downed trees, limbs, debris and power outages in various areas last night leading to Halloween traditions to be postponed in some places.
According to The Punxsutawney Spirit, Halloween activities have been rescheduled for today with the parade line up at 5:30 near the Fairman Centre parking lot. The published report says that will kick off at 6, followed by Trick or Treat until 8 tonight.
