It’s Halloween. But, with the heavy rain and a wind advisory, there’s a chance the Punxsutawney Halloween Parade will be canceled, only if the rain and wind gusts become too heavy.
If it is canceled, then costume judging will take place at Central Fire Station at 6 pm. Trick or Treating will go on as scheduled 6 pm to 8 pm. In DuBois, it’s from 6 until 8. Neighboring Sandy Township it’s from 5 until 7. Clarion kids, the parade is at 5:30, then trick-or-treating is going on from 6 until 8.
