Punxsutawney has a new Borough Manager.
According to The Punxsutawney Spirit, Toby Santik was approved by the council by a 4 (favor) -1 (no) – 1 (abstain) vote to be Punxsutawney’s Borough Manager in a special meeting held last evening where they also discussed the Harmon Field Grant matter.
The published report says Toby was absent from the meeting and Council president Larry Chenoga had interviewed four people for the position.
The Punxsutawney Spirit also noted Public Works Director Dave Bofinger was named the “point man” for the grant related to the Harmon Field Project.
