Charges will be filled following an incident happened last week in Monroe Township of Clarion County.
Pennsylvania State Police say last Monday around 1:30 pm, Clarion County Probation conducted a visit at a residence on Second Avenue in Clarion for someone who is currently on probation. According to the police report, they found the person’s son 26 year old Justin Harris of Hawthorn, who had a warrant for his arrest, and a small amount of marijuana.
Clarion County Probation arrested Harris and called Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion for assistance. Charges will be filed accordingly.
