Charges are being filed following an investigation by the Brookville Borough Police into a report of indecent assault.
Authorities say the incident occurred on March 1st at a Short Street residence in Brookville, where a man is accused of inappropriately touching a juvenile in a sexual manner while in his care.
Charges of unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, disorderly conduct and harassment are being filed against the unnamed suspect at the Office of District Magistrate Gregory Bazylak.
