Charges have been filed against a woman for an incident that happened on Friday morning in Monroe Township of Clarion County.
Pennsylvania State Police say around 7 a.m., 35 year old Tammie Mong of New Bethlehem went into a major retailer and used loud, lewd and threatening language when she attempted to return makeup.
Mong allegedly refused to leave and continued to yell at the 50 year old employee from Strattanville.
Charges were filed through the District Court.
