A man faces charges and a woman has been charged for domestic altercation that happened last week in Huston Township of Clearfield County.
Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois say on October 8th around 4 pm 46 year old Tina Stewart called the police for an incident that occurred on Bennett’s Valley Highway in Penfield. During the investigation troopers found she and 36 year old Ryan Sprague had been involved in a verbal argument which turned physical.
According to the police report, Sprague was allegedly hit by Stewart on both sides of his head with a wooden board and scratched in the neck and torso, while Stewart reportedly sustained a scratch and redness to the front of her neck in the altercation.
Stewart was taken into custody for domestic simple assault and arraigned with bail set at $20,000 unsecured. Sprague will be charged with domestic harassment through Magisterial District Judge Ford’s office.
