A man from Punxsutawney was charged on Wednesday for having child pornography on his computer.
According to WTAJ, 59 year old Peter Allen Hayes had 20 inappropriate images of victims under the age of 18 on his service shop laptop on Fordham Road in Punxsutawney.
The published report says Hayes waived his rights and agreed he looks at the images on his computer.
