A man from Plumville has been charged with making terroristic threats to a man from Punxsutawney.
According to the police report, the Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney were dispatched on September 26th around 10 in the morning to a place on Park Road in North Mahoning Township in Indiana County and talked with 31 year old Chad Fetterhoff who reported 22 year old Devin Dalessio was threatening his life. The incident was investigated and a criminal complaint was filed through the District Court.
District Magistrate Welch issued an arrest warrant for Dalesso. After it was served he was taken into custody and arraigned. Dalessio was released on $10,000 unsecured bail. The investigation is ongoing.
