Following an investigation charges of DUI are being filed.
The incident happened back on June 29th around 11 pm on West Main Street in Brookville when the Borough Police were dispatched for a report of a driver who was possibly intoxicated. When officers stopped the vehicle the operator was found to be under the influence of multiple controlled substances.
Charges of DUI (drug related) and other related charges are being filed at the office of District Magistrate Gregory Bazlak. The name and other information about the suspect was not released.

Charges were field at magisterial district judge Bazylak’s Office in Jefferson County against a woman from DuBois who is accused of attempting to use fake urine.
According to the Brookville Borough Police Department, the unnamed 33 year old woman made the attempt to provide drug free urine through a homemade devise hidden on her body while submitting a urine sample on September 26th.
The woman is in the Jefferson County Jail on a probation violation.

The name was not released, but Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois caught the driver who fled the scene after damaging parked vehicles with his own vehicle in Warsaw Township of Jefferson County.
The crash was on September 29th around 8:30 pm when the man was traveling south on Route 28 and veered off the roadway and collided with two parked vehicles and left the scene; however, he was identified by the Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois and he was issued numerous citations.
No injuries were reported.

Charges of driving under the influence have been filed against a man from Clearfield for an incident that happened on August 31st.
Pennsylvania State Police were conducting a traffic stop of a vehicle around 10 in the morning along the 4500 block on Greenville Pike in Bloom Township of Clearfield County when they arrested the driver, a 33 year old man for DUI.
Police say they have field charges through the District Court and they have not released the name of the driver.

State police are investigating a burglary at a commercial property in Young Township.
On September 26th at the intersection of Henry Road and Bendis Road around 11:00 AM, Pennsylvania State Police were called out for a report of a burglary. Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana say that between 1 PM on the 25th and 9 AM on the 26th, someone broke into a locked fenced area and small shed structure.
The thieves were able to make off with a 2008 Polaris Ranger 6×6 vehicle and a gas well monitor belonging to Diversified Gas and Oil in Indiana and G/R gas well service.
