Charges were filed yesterday against a man and a woman in Westover Borough in Clearfield County.
Just before 7 pm the Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney investigated a domestic situation on Railroad Street between 35 year old Brendan Westover of Westover and 25 year old Amber Inzana of Northern Cambria, who were allegedly becoming physical with each other during a verbal argument.
Summary harassment charges were filed against both at the District Court.
