The borough of Punxsutawney has an interim manager until early 2020.
The Punxsutawney Spirit reports Jim Nelles was offered a contract that until the reorganization meeting in January. The published report says Nelles managed Punxsutawney from 1967 to 1979 and he was an interim manager in Oil City from January 2013 until July of 2015.
