Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana were dispatched to investigate an incident on Morris Street in the Borough of Clymer last Thursday.
Police arrived to the scene just before 7 pm and spoke with 39 year old Michelle Wenzel, who reported 42 year old Len Lydic, also of Clymer, was leaving her garage when she arrived to her residence. Wenzel reported nothing was stolen and Lydic was taken into custody for criminal trespass and charges were filed through the District Court.
