Crude oil prices spike following attacks on Saudi Arabian facilities.
In Pennsylvania gas prices average around $2.76 per gallon, whereas last year at this time it was 30 cents higher at $3.06 per gallon. Jefferson County is averaging the highest in the region at $2.90 per gallon of gasoline. Clearfield County stands at $2.84. Indiana is around the same at $2.83 per gallon.
The lowest in the area is Clarion at $2.75 per gallon of gasoline.
The national average is $2.59.
