Pennsylvania State Police are continuing their investigation into a case of child endangerment that was reported in Henderson Township of Jefferson County.
There are few details about the case in the police report, but what we know is on August 9 around 9 in the morning Pennsylvania State Police Punxsutawney Patrol Unit responded to the area of 7407 along Route 119 for a 2 year old girl who wandered into traffic.
No other details about the incident were released other than it remains under investigation.

A man from Punxsutawney was arrested for driving under the influence yesterday morning just before 2 in Young Township of Jefferson County.
Authorities say an unnamed 19 year old man was stopped on the 200 Block of the Scotland Avenue Exit because of numerous diving violations. During the stop, officers determined the man to be DUI and charges are pending.

Pennsylvania State Police report the theft of drugs from a home along Juniper Road in Green Township.
The victim, a 48-year-old man, told police that the thief stole 60 to 80 Oxycodone pills and 30 Flexeril pills. The theft was discovered on September 5th. Total value of the stolen pills is $140.

There was a single-vehicle accident yesterday morning in Punxsutawney.
The Punxsutawney Spirit reports, according to people on the scene, the crash occurred around 9:40 on North Findly Street. An unnamed woman lost control of her vehicle while she was heading north to Punxsutawney Area High School and hit a pole.
The published report says Jefferson County EMS had taken her to the Punxsutawney Area Hospital and all three Punxsutawney Fire Departments were dispatched to the scene.
