A man from Punxsutawney was sentenced to probation on Wednesday for theft of pain medication and items that are considered to be precursors in manufacturing meth.
ExploreJeffersonPA.com reports Clarion County President Judge James Arner sentenced 43 year old Charles MacKenzie Lenhart to two years of probation for the charge of possession of phenylpropanolamine, which is the meth precursor, and one year for the charge of one third-degree misdemeanor count of theft by unlawful taking, totaling three years of probation.
As part of a plea agreement other charges were dismissed.
