The child rapist from Shippenville who pleaded guilty to repeatedly raping a boy over several years was sentenced yesterday in front of President Judge James Arner.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, 47 year old Garrick Landon Bloom, who is in the Clarion County Jail awaiting transfer to a State Correctional Institution, will serve between 40 to 80 years for five first-degree felony counts of Rape of a Child.
The published reports says Bloom is required to register as a Tier 3 sex offender.
