A man was arrested on Monday in Licking Township of Clarion County for assault with a weapon.
Authorities say the incident happened around 9 pm on Craig Road in Parker when 48 year old Kevin Fulmer allegedly put the muzzle of a rifle to the head of a 28 year old woman from Parker.
Fulmer was taken into custody and sent to the Clarion County Jail.
