Charges are now pending against two Clearfield County residents for harassment.
Authorities say the incident occurred on the evening of August 30th around 6:15 when a Pennsylvania State Police Punxsutawney Patrol Unit responded to a report of a domestic incident on Solley Road in Burnside Township.
After investigation, both parties were cited for harassment: 29 year old Joey Donald and 27 year old Bridget Phillips, both of Westover. Charges are pending through the District Court.
