According to the Pennsylvania State Police report, 23 year old Anna Lowery of Emlenton was stopped at a stop sign on Tipplecanoe Road and started to make a left at the intersection onto Route 338 when a car traveling south on Route 338 collided with her. That car was driven by 59 year old Charles Yenick of Renfrew, and after the impact both cars went off the right side of the roadway and came to a rest in a ditch.
