This past Saturday a Jeep and a Sport Side-By-Side crashed head on in Monroe Township of Clarion County, sending two people to the hospital.
Pennsylvania State Police report the accident happened around 7:30 pm on Bug Road by Courson Road when a Sport Side-By-Side driven by 29 year old Kasey Haines of Sligo was traveling north and left his lane into the oncoming lane, where a Jeep driven by 59 year old Jeffery Dubia of New Bethlehem was traveling south. They collided head-on.
Haines and his passenger, 26 year old Garrett Singer of Pleasant Gap, were taken to Clarion Hospital for medical treatment, Dubia and his passenger, 53 year old Keli Dubia, also of New Bethlehem, had minor injuries and were not transported for treatment.
Both vehicles had disabling damage and had to be towed. Police say it was determined at the scene of the crash Haines was DUI and arrested.
