At a preliminary hearing on Tuesday a man from Reynoldsville waived felony drug charges stemming from an incident that happened last August.
36 year old Chandler Lucky Nolet will have the charges of Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Criminal Use Of Communication Facility, and Possession of Controlled Substance transferred to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas. He’s in the Jefferson County Jail after not being able to post $5,000 monetary bail.
